PrismX Labs Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Standard Orders

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed same day or next morning
• Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day

Business Days

• Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
• No shipments are processed on Sundays

Orders placed late Saturday will begin processing the next business day.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are handled separately:

• Estimated shipping timeframe: 2–3 weeks unless otherwise noted
• Timelines may vary due to:
  • Supplier availability
  • Quality control processes
  • Logistics and carrier delays

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that timelines are estimates.

3. Shipping Methods

We primarily use:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3-Day Services
• Hybrid carrier services (UPS + USPS)

Alternative carriers may be used when necessary for efficiency.

Shipping speeds provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Tracking & Responsibility

• Tracking information is provided once shipped
• Responsibility transfers to the carrier after dispatch

If issues arise (lost, delayed, or marked delivered):

• Customers must initiate claims with the carrier
• We will assist with shipment details if needed

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Returned packages

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. External Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing
• High shipping volume periods
